We heard some news saying Sri Lankan Government is looking forward to control sri lankan IT Industry and make big changes to Internet Policy.
few month back some China IT Specialist were in sri lanka having discussion with GOSL. But as a heavy internet user i don't agree with the rules that GOSL is planning to implement.(may be i am wrong).
some news justifies that GOSL is looking to block Google even ? !
as you may aware Google and some other Google products and most popular websites has been blocked by china Government and Now Google and some other Big companies started a war against Government monopoly over Internet.

As you guys know Microsoft Live is the one of worst products i have ever used.
till today i was mainly using Microsoft products on my laptop as its built with Windows 7.
Outlook 2010 is the 2nd worst products because
-Heavy Loading time.
-Heavy Resource consumer
-Huge time to load different email accounts @ same time(if you configure 2 or more email accounts on outlook)
-Manual imap configuration steps - if you configure Google apps on outlook .
Started using the world most popular open source Email client application to avoid Microsoft Outlook
